Our volunteer coaches are the lifeblood of our organization, and we truly couldn’t do this without you.

All coaches and volunteers are required to submit a background check. You’ll find the link below.

*You must be at least 18yrs old to be a head coach

Only two coaches or volunteers per team. Once background check is complete and verified, WVBL will supply coaching badges. Only coaches with badges will be let on court, sideline, or on benches.

Team Formation

• Teams are formed based on a player's grade.
• Players who are new to the league or who choose not to return to their previous team will be randomly placed on a team.
• Returning players will only be automatically placed on a team if they played on that team the previous season.
• Friend requests can be made during registration
• Players are allowed to play 1 grade up
• Teams are capped at 10 players

What if I'm a new coach/new team?

Starting a New Team

• You may start a new team with up to 4 players of your choosing. The remainder of your team will be filled with individual player registrations.
• Have all players list you as their coach and include the team name during registration to ensure they are rostered together. Teams are capped at 10 players, including incoming teams.

Yes! Please have your players list your name and the team's name during registration. Teams are still capped at 10 players.
